Lost shipments must be reported within 15 days from the ship out date.We understand that unexpected events occur and we do our best to accommodate. If your circumstances are likely to change and you wish to cancel an order that is already in process, please inform us as soon as possible. Your refund will depend on how close your order is to completion. Of course, if we have not begun working on your order, you are entitled to a complete refund.

Many gift box manufacturers offer customization options, including printing, embossing, debossing, foil stamping, and adding windows or inserts.
Measure the item you want to gift and choose a gift box that is slightly larger than the item to allow for padding or filler.
Instructions may vary depending on the type of gift box, but generally, you will need to fold along the creases, tuck in the flaps, and secure with tape or glue.
Check with local recycling guidelines to determine if the gift box material can be recycled. If not, dispose of it in the trash.

It depends on the material the gift box is made of. Many cardboard and paperboard gift boxes are recyclable.
Store gift boxes in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, moisture, and pests. Stack them flat or upright, depending on the type of gift box.
